🎯 What:

  • Fixed compilation errors in stdlib caused by mismatched braces and incorrect logic in sqlite.rs.
  • Reverted breaking dependency version bumps (e.g., bincode 3.0 -> 1.3.3, ureq 3.4 -> 2.9, zip 8.6 -> 0.6, llvm-sys 221 -> 180) to restore workspace build stability.
  • Fixed LLVM code generation where TerminatorKind::Throw panicked by compiling a call to ts_throw with the correct boxed argument.
  • Addressed multiple clippy warnings, including missing const thread locals in runtime/native_runtime/src/lib.rs and unused imports.

💡 Why:
The repository was in a broken state due to a bad merge/commit that introduced syntax errors in sqlite.rs and arbitrarily bumped core dependencies, breaking APIs.

✅ Verification:

  • cargo check --workspace passes cleanly.
  • LLVM_SYS_180_PREFIX=/usr/lib/llvm-18 cargo test --workspace passes all tests.
  • LLVM_SYS_180_PREFIX=/usr/lib/llvm-18 cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features runs cleanly without major unaddressed warnings.

✨ Result:
The TechScript repository is once again buildable, testable, and completely clean of regressions introduced in the prior commit.
